1. Eligibility for Return

Customers may request a return within 24 Hours of delivery unless otherwise specified on the product page.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Innerwear, hygiene-sensitive products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items (if clearly marked)

3. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and order number

We will offer:

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required).
